TEACHER TRIBE 2024-25

Our Teacher Tribe is designed to empower educators with the knowledge, skills, and strategies necessary to foster a dynamic and effective learning environment. This program focuses on enhancing instructional practices, promoting student engagement, and supporting continuous professional growth. Under this year's theme "हर क़दम में है दम", we ensured to equip teachers with innovative and evidence - based instructional techniques that cater to diverse learning styles. Together we developed methods to increase student participation and motivation, ensuring a more interactive classroom experience. We also introduced educators to digital tools and resources that enhance learning and streamline classroom management. We constantly create platforms where teachers can share experiences and best practices and all of us can learn from each other.

Sessions led by experienced educators and subject matter experts covered topics such as From the child's viewpoint, Montessori Math - the concrete way of learning, Sensorial Exploration, Learning to use Canva as a tool, Classroom boards - Effective TLM's, Disaster Management, Groom your personality with us, Fun ways of fireless cooking. Structured opportunities for participants to reflect on their learning experiences and receive constructive feedback along with opportunities for teachers to observe and learn from each other, fostering a culture of collaboration and shared learning. Training and learning is a continuous and never - ending process that promotes proficiency and develops deeper knowledge. Our Teacher Tribe promises teachers current knowledge in pedagogical trends and keeps them motivated.
