The GD Goenka Group conducted an impactful Internal Committee Training session for the members of POSH to align, reflect, and strengthen a cohesive HR framework that prioritizes and promotes a safe and secure environment for all employees. It equipped members with the knowledge and skills to handle complaints of sexual harassment at the workplace in line with the POSH Act, 2013. The training covered legal provisions, roles and responsibilities of IC members, inquiry procedures, documentation, and sensitivity in handling cases.

Through interactive discussions and case studies, participants gained clarity on ensuring a fair, unbiased, and confidential process. The training empowered IC members to create a safe and respectful work environment while upholding compliance and organizational integrity.
