It is a pleasure for her to welcome families to the school; a place she has helped shape over many years with care and intention. With more than three decades of experience in early childhood education, a Master’s in Education Management, and certification in Effective Parenting from Yale University, her journey has been driven by curiosity about how young children think, learn, and make sense of the world.

Over the years, she has spent countless hours in classrooms observing children at work, learning what supports their confidence and what sparks their interest. This experience has guided her commitment to Montessori principles—giving children the freedom to explore, make choices, and learn at their own pace in thoughtfully prepared environments.

She believes that the role of an educator is not to direct every step, but to notice, support, and gently guide each child as they grow. Through her work, she has seen how the right early experiences help children become more independent, responsible, and respectful of others.

For her, early education is not just a profession but a lifelong commitment. She values the opportunity to work alongside dedicated educators and to partner closely with families in supporting children during their most important early years.
