She holds a versatile background spanning over a decade across India and Canada, bringing a rich blend of experience in curriculum development, teacher training, marketing communications, and child development—a combination that strongly aligns with GD Goenkan core value of versatility, contributing to an organization that thrives on inclusivity, adaptability, and continuous innovation in education.

Prior to joining GD Goenka, she pursued the Advanced Early Childhood Education Program, where she specialized in early childhood education, the pedagogical cycle, and child brain science. As a Chief Learning Officer, Meenal is not only able to influence the most impressionable years of a child's life but also to equip preschool teachers with scalable, research-backed tools and professional support that uplift teaching standards across the board.
