Meenal is deeply passionate about early childhood education and is committed to shaping future generations by empowering educators and designing enriched, developmentally appropriate learning experiences. She brings over a decade of diverse experience across India and Canada, with a strong foundation in curriculum development, teacher training, marketing communications, and child development. This versatile background closely aligns with GD Goenka’s core values—fostering inclusivity, adaptability, and continuous innovation in education.

Prior to joining GD Goenka, she pursued an Advanced Early Childhood Education Program, specializing in early childhood pedagogy, the pedagogical cycle, and child brain science. Meenal is also certified in “Enhancing Language Skills in Children with Delays” (Udemy), reinforcing her focus on inclusive teaching practices and the importance of early intervention in supporting every child’s developmental journey.

In her role as Manager - Learning and Development, Meenal plays a pivotal role in influencing the most formative years of a child’s life while equipping preschool educators with scalable, research-backed tools and ongoing professional support that elevate teaching standards across the network. She holds an MBA from Vancouver Island University and an MS in International Management from the University of Hertfordshire, equipping her with strong global business acumen and strategic leadership capabilities. Additionally, she holds a Bachelor’s degree in Design from Nottingham Trent University, UK, which brings a unique design-thinking lens to her work—enhancing creativity, innovation, and effectiveness in instructional design, particularly in lesson planning and teacher training programs.
