With over 14 years of committed service to the GD Goenka Group, her vision is to redefine early childhood education by creating learning environments that are nurturing, purposeful, and transformative. She believes that the earliest years of a child’s life hold the key to their future, and it is our responsibility as educators to provide experiences that spark curiosity, build confidence, and cultivate independence. Her goal is to not only strengthen academic frameworks but also to instill a culture of compassion, creativity, and resilience in every learner.

Equally important is her commitment to mentoring educators and school leaders—equipping them with the tools, vision, and confidence to lead with integrity and innovation. By fostering collaboration, reflective practices, and continuous growth, she aspires to build strong institutions that stand as beacons of quality education.

She has been instrumental in setting up preschools across the network and mentoring school heads in leadership, pedagogy, and operational excellence. Her expertise spans Montessori pedagogy, academic audits, school operations, conflict resolution, and the design of innovative outreach initiatives that strengthen the school–community connect.
