Creating Safe, Inclusive and Empowered Workspaces

At GD Goenka Group, we are steadfast in our commitment to fostering a secure, respectful, and empowering environment for every member of our staff.

Today, at GD Goenka Public School, we conducted a comprehensive POSH (Prevention of Sexual Harassment) and Internal Committee Training Session, with close to 230 staff members actively participating.

This vital session, led by our expert facilitator Dr. Neeta Pant focused on:

• Understanding the legal framework of the POSH Act
• Roles, responsibilities, and protocols of the Internal Committee
• Real-world case studies and proactive redressal mechanisms
• Promoting a culture of awareness, trust, and mutual respect

The interactive and thought-provoking session helped deepen awareness and build collective responsibility towards maintaining a safe and inclusive workplace.
